Hello! I’m Deborah Vitale, and this is Pawsitive Performance.
After spending many years working with pets, I saw a need in the community for a different kind of dog training. It was because of that need that I decided to return to school to become certified as a Dog Trainer, with a specialization in behavior problems.
Through this training I have learned how to focus on building a relationship with your dog built on mutual love and respect. I also use specialized training methods for adult dogs and handling techniques designed specifically to help puppies.
Pawsitive Performance was founded in 2002, after I graduated from the Animal Behavior College with honors. Since establishing Pawsitive Performance, I have continued my training and education through training seminars and by gaining knowledge through working with trainers both in the United States and from other countries.

I have over 20 years of experience working with dogs from all walks of life, including rescue dogs and foster families. My skills are based in both training and real world experience, and I can handle any situation.
